Role & responsibilities Good and sound knowledge of Capital Market Concepts US Stock Market Expert Knowledge on Processing/Quality check of Cash Management Transactions of Securities Receipts, Disbursements, High Value securities processing, Verification, analyzing documents and providing Updates to Brokerage Advisors of their requests. Sound knowledge on Review and Verification process of Cash management activities of Advisors Analytical skills on improving quality and should have good knowledge on RCA analysis. Should have experience of processing/quality check in high level transactions process. Reports making, Escalation Handling, Process Update sharing, Incident report, Corrective and preventive measures. 100% Accurate work required as Errors will have Financial impacts from Client and their Customer side.
Preferred candidate profile
Excellent MS Office skills MS Excel, Power Point, Excel Macros and E Mail Drafting Good Typing Speed of 35 WPM with =95% accuracy Excellent Communication skills to attend Client Calls, Onshore Training etc Strictly US Shift Working Hours should be flexible to do Over Time duty if required. Punctual and adherence to attendance and Leaves To report to Team Lead and follow the Instructions and the HR Policies as per Company Candidate should have minimum 2 to 3 years work experience in similar BPO field preferable from Banking and Capital Market Domain (primary preference) Should have handled Cash management Processing in previous organization. Should be holding experience in performing quality check.
