Job description Job Role :- Development and Evaluation of Electrical and Electronic Parts through Zero defect approach Job Responsibility :- Handling mass production quality issues (CAPA, 8D , 5-Why analysis) Implement Quality improvement activities at vendors Vendor process change evaluation and approval Competency Requirement :- Knowledge of Performance/ Critical to Quality parameters of Elec/ Electronic parts In depth knowledge of layouting, routing, manufacturing, and best practices in Wiring harnesses Good understanding of SMT Process and Electronics circuits drawings. Knowledge of Electronics parts testing applicable standards ( IS / JIS / JASO etc) In-depth analytical skills for root cause identification of Quality issues in Auto Electrical Electronics parts. Practical application of Quality Control Tools, including knowledge of SPC, Analytical Tools, 5 Why, 8D, FTA, FMEA etc... Working Knowledge of Tools / Dies various inspection aids (gauges /Jigs / Fixtures / Test Rigs, Etc). Specific Expertise For Functional Area :- Computer proficiency is essential for proper Documentation, presentation and its data retrieval. Knowledge about materials used in electrical parts Knowledge about Automotive regulations applicable to Electrical Electronic parts Process Knowledge to evaluate SMT process controls at vendors
