Job description Agriculture Executive / Manager Agri Business
Key responsibilities
Making on-site field visits, meet farmers and other related stakeholders. Prepare field visit reports, case studies, recommendations to understand farmer needs & challenges to develop Fermented Organic Manure demand. Develop book of business: potential customers, farmers, agricultural businesses, and distributors. Design and manage aggregation, storage, logistics, and distribution systems. Provide product recommendations based on specific needs of soils and crops. Responsible for pre-season, Post season field activities to assist in smooth business of the region. Solving and managing customer concerns, problems Manage FOM operation strategy, ware housing and Inventory Management. Prepare and manage annual budgets for organic manure operations. Optimize use of resources like water, electricity, fertilizers, machinery, and labour. Develop business in FOM and LFOM domain networking with supply and dealer, retailers, wholesalers, institutional buyers, exporters, processors. Lead to support and optimize key aspects of supply chain. Identify & facilitate buyers, bulk purchase, contract farming opportunities, dealing with aggregators Support the go-to-market strategy and drive business growth. Analyses sales data and market feedback to identify new opportunities.
