Role Objective:
Manage and drive training & development initiatives for mapped employees and clusters.
Key Responsibilities:
* Oversee training and development objectives across teams
* Ensure effective training coverage aligned with sales and product mix goals
* Plan and execute training calendars based on business needs and monthly agendas
What We're Looking For:
* Excellent communication and presentation abilities
* Hands-on experience with PowerPoint
