About the Role
Kotak Life Insurance is inviting applications from dynamic and enthusiastic MBA graduates for the role of Training Manager Management Trainee (MT). The role offers an exciting opportunity to work closely with sales teams, drive capability building initiatives, and contribute towards achieving business objectives through impactful learning interventions.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage training and development objectives for mapped employees and assigned clusters.
- Ensure optimal training coverage to achieve desired sales targets and product mix objectives.
- Plan and execute the monthly training calendar in line with identified training needs and agreed agendas.
- Monitor training effectiveness and provide actionable feedback to improve learning outcomes.
- Collaborate with business leaders to identify capability gaps and recommend suitable learning solutions.
- Track training participation, certification status, and compliance requirements.
- Support the implementation of digital learning initiatives and engagement activities.
Eligibility Criteria
- MBA graduates from recognized institutes (Batch 202526 & 202627).
- Specialization in HR, Marketing, Sales, or related fields preferred.
- Strong communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
- Passion for learning & development and people engagement.
