Key Responsibilities
Business Analysis & Insights
- Analyze business performance across products, channels, customer segments, and geographies.
- Identify trends, opportunities, risks, and drivers impacting business growth.
- Conduct ad-hoc analyses to support strategic and operational decisions.
- Translate business problems into analytical frameworks and actionable recommendations.
Data Management & Reporting
- Extract, transform, and analyze large datasets using SQL and analytical tools.
- Develop and maintain automated MIS, dashboards, and KPI scorecards.
- Ensure data accuracy, consistency, and governance across reporting systems.
- Perform data validation and quality checks.
Stakeholder Management
- Partner with business teams to understand requirements and define KPIs.
- Present analytical findings to senior management and leadership teams.
- Convert complex data into simple business narratives and recommendations.
Dashboard & Visualization Development
- Build interactive dashboards.
- Monitor business performance metrics and provide periodic reviews.
- Design management reports for executive reviews and governance forums.
Strategic Projects
- Support product launches, customer segmentation, profitability analysis, and growth initiatives.
- Conduct cohort analysis, funnel analysis, market studies, and competitive benchmarking.
- Assist in forecasting, planning, and resource optimization exercises.
