Sales Coordinator/ Key Account Executive Modern Trade & E- Commerce Location: Gurugram Role Summary : We are looking for a Sales Coordinator/ Key Account Executive to support Modern Trade, E Commerce, and Quick Commerce business operations. The role will act as a key link between the Sales Team and Order Processing/Supply Chain teams to ensure smooth execution, reporting, and stakeholder coordination.
Key Responsibilities
ò Coordinate between Sales, Order Processing, Supply Chain, Finance, and external customer teams for smooth business operations, PO Processing and Supplies to Modern Trade and Ecommerce Key accounts across the country. ò Track order status, stock availability, and resolve day-to-day operational issues. ò Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly sales reports and business trackers. ò Maintain Value Binders, Volume Binders, and other sales MIS reports. ò Support sales teams with data, analysis, and business updates. ò Manage shared drives, files, trackers, and business documentation. ò Monitor stock movement and maintain inventory-related trackers. ò Coordinate with internal and external stakeholders to ensure timely closure of action items. ò Support business reviews through accurate reporting and data management. Desired Candidate Profile ò Graduate in any discipline. Post Graduate (MBA) will be a preference though not mandatory. ò 25 years of experience in Sales Coordination, Sales Operations, Key Account Sales preferably in FMCG. ò Strong knowledge of Microsoft Excel and reporting. ò Good coordination, communication, and analytical skills. ò Ability to work with multiple stakeholders in a fast-paced environment. Experience & Skills: 2 to 6 years of experience in MIS / Sales Support roles. Strong proficiency in MS Excel (Pivot Tables, VLOOKUP/XLOOKUP). Working knowledge of SAP (data extraction and reporting). Good analytical skills and attention to detail. Prior FMCG sales MIS experience preferred.
