We are looking for a dynamic Freezer Coordinator to manage end-to-end freezer deployment, tracking, servicing, and data management. This role involves close coordination with sales teams to ensure seamless operations and accurate reporting.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage freezer deployment and validate deliveries
- Track freezer movement and maintain servicing records
- Handle agreements, documentation, and data consolidation
- Generate periodic reports and ensure data accuracy
- Verify invoices, track payments, and resolve operational queries
- Maintain data hygiene and proper application tagging
Requirements:
- 23 years of relevant experience
- Strong Advanced Excel skills (mandatory)
- Analytical mindset with good problem-solving ability
- Experience in General Trade (GT) environment preferred
- Prior exposure to FMCG / Frozen Food industry is a plus
