Job Responsibilities

  • Lead the design, development, and deployment of full-stack applications across the CRM, backend services, mobile app, and agentic AI layer.
  • Architect scalable and maintainable systems spanning the mobile client (Flutter / Android), backend, data layer, and AI infrastructure.
  • Own and evolve the core CRM platform (PHP) that underpins the company's sales operations.
  • Design and build agentic AI workflows, along with the supporting model-serving and inference infrastructure.
  • Mentor and guide a team of developers through code reviews, best practices, and career growth.
  • Collaborate with product managers and business stakeholders to translate requirements into technical solutions.
  • Ensure code quality, security, reliability, and performance optimization across the stack.
  • Drive adoption of modern technologies, frameworks, and engineering practices.
  • Manage technical debt and continuously improve system architecture.
  • Participate in sprint planning, estimation, and delivery tracking.
  • Troubleshoot and resolve complex technical issues in production.

Job Requirements

  • Strong experience in mobile development (Flutter / Android) as a primary client platform.
  • Strong experience in backend development (PHP, Node.js / Express / Fastify, or similar).
  • Experience working with or customizing CRM platforms (SuiteCRM, Salesforce, or similar).
  • Hands-on experience building agentic AI systems LLM applications, agent orchestration, RAG, and model deployment / inference.
  • Proficiency in REST APIs / GraphQL.
  • Experience with databases, both SQL and NoSQL (e.g. PostgreSQL, MySQL, MongoDB, Redis).
  • Hands-on experience with cloud platforms (AWS preferred; Azure or GCP).
  • Familiarity with DevOps practices (CI/CD pipelines, Docker, Kubernetes).
  • Solid understanding of system design and architecture.
  • Experience with microservices and event-driven architecture.
  • Strong problem-solving and debugging skills.

Leadership and Soft Skills

  • Proven ability to lead and mentor engineering teams.
  • Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.
  • Ability to balance hands-on coding with leadership responsibilities (approximately 70% engineering, 30% leadership).
  • Ownership mindset with a focus on delivery and quality.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience in sales-tech, EdTech, or high-volume tele calling / contact-center domains
  • Experience building large-scale distributed systems.
  • Deep exposure to AI/ML and agentic systems, including self-hosted model deployment and GPU / inference infrastructure.
  • Familiarity with agent orchestration frameworks (LangGraph, CrewAI, Temporal, Google ADK, or AG2).
  • Familiarity with offline-first mobile sync (e.g. PowerSync).
  • Exposure to real-time, voice, or telephony systems.
  • Prior experience in Agile / Scrum environments.
