Roles and Responsibilities :
- Manage the entire recruitment process from job posting to onboarding new hires.
- Coordinate with hiring managers to understand their requirements and schedule interviews.
- Conduct salary negotiations with selected candidates and ensure timely joining formalities.
- Source profiles through various channels such as social media, job boards, employee referrals, etc.
Job Requirements :
- 3-8 years of experience in end-to-end recruitment or related field.
- Strong understanding of interview scheduling, sourcing profiles, and salary negotiation techniques.
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision while maintaining high levels of accuracy and attention to detail.
