Roles and Responsibilities :
- Leading SCM interface to meet on time-delivery as per production plan sequence, implementing e-Material flow, maintaining product quality & procurement as per allocated share of business with adherence of established policies & procedures.
- Develop and maintain relationships with suppliers to negotiate prices, terms, and quality standards.
- Plan inventory levels based on production schedules to minimize stockouts or overstocking.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to optimize supply chain operations.
Job Requirements :
- 15-19 years of experience in purchasing or related field (e.g., logistics, manufacturing).
- Strong knowledge of supply chain management principles and practices.
- Proven track record in managing complex projects involving multiple stakeholders.
- Excellent team management skills with ability to lead a team effectively.
