As a Service Engineer, incumbent will be responsible for ensuring superior customer experience by providing technical expertise, diagnosing issues and delivering high quality service support. Incumbent will work closely with dealers, service centres and internal teams to drive product reliability enhance service processes and contribute to building customer trust.1. Technical Support & Service Delivery - Diagnose and resolve complex technical issues related to electric vehicles, including battery systems, motors, controllers, and charging infrastructure. - Support dealers and service centres with on-ground troubleshooting and repairs.
2. Dealer & Service Network Support - Conduct technical training sessions for dealer service staff to improve skill levels and service quality. - Provide guidance on warranty policies, claims, and repair authorizations.
3. Customer Experience & Issue Resolution - Act as a technical point of contact for escalated customer complaints. - Collect and analyze feedback to improve service processes. - Maintain accurate service documentation, repair records, and reporting dashboards. - Share field insights.
