We are looking for a dynamic and result-oriented sales professional with 2û5 years of experience to drive retail growth, strengthen channel performance, and expand market presence in the assigned territory.
The ideal candidate should have a strong understanding of dealer network management, sales execution, customer engagement, and business development, along with the ability to build lasting stakeholder relationships and deliver business outcomes.
Key Responsibilities- Drive monthly stock and retail planning to ensure the right product mix is available across the network.
- Strengthen retail performance with a focus on premium motorcycles, scooters, and other priority segments.
- Ensure effective deployment and 100% adoption of the Enquiry Management System (EMS).
- Plan and monitor on-ground activations and lead generation initiatives to drive retail growth.
- Lead the recruitment, onboarding, development, and performance management of Secondary Network (SN) manpower.
- Ensure Visual Identity (VI) implementation across the Secondary Network in line with Hero MotoCorp guidelines.
- Drive the implementation of new business initiatives and sales programs within the assigned territory.
- Collaborate with the Head Office, Zonal Office, and Area Office teams to execute brand initiatives and market penetration strategies.
- Monitor market trends and competitor activities to identify growth opportunities and strengthen market presence.
- Conduct structured fortnightly business reviews with Secondary Network partners and their teams.
- Plan and execute customer engagement activities, promotional campaigns, and retail events to maximize sales opportunities.
- 2û5 years of experience in Sales, Channel Sales, Dealer Development, Territory Sales, Business Development, or Retail Operations, preferably in the Automotive, FMCG, Consumer Durables, or allied industries.
- Full-time MBA/PGDM with specialization in Sales, Marketing, or a related discipline.
