Business Development Generate new business opportunities from OEMs and Industrial Customers. Identify, map, and acquire new customers in assigned territory. Develop relationships with Purchase, Design, R&D, SCM, and Management teams. Convert RFQs into profitable orders. Sales & Revenue Growth Achieve monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets. Drive topline growth with healthy Gross Profit (GP). Prepare quotations, commercial proposals, and negotiations. Maintain strong sales pipeline and forecast accuracy. Key Account Management Manage strategic accounts and increase wallet share. Develop account growth plans and customer engagement strategy. Ensure high customer satisfaction and repeat business. Market Development Track new projects, expansions, and industry investments. Identify localization and import replacement opportunities. Monitor competitor activities and market trends. Internal Coordination Coordinate with Engineering, Production, Quality, and SCM teams. Support project execution and on-time delivery. Follow up on payments and receivables.
