MUST HAVE:
* Understanding of software development lifecycle (SDLC) and common engineering workflows. Familiarity with web, mobile, and desktop application technologies (e.g., Angular, C#, .NET, WPF).
* Ability to work with technical leads to plan sprints and align timelines.
* Practical knowledge of Agile engineering practices
* Understanding of DevOps tools & workflows (e.g., CI/CD, backlog tools like Jira/Azure Boards).
* Good communication skills in English (verbal and written) to communicate information effectively to customers, and technical staff
* Ability to read and interpret technical task breakdowns, estimations, dependencies, and risks.
* Understanding of metrics (velocity, burndown, flow efficiency) and how to interpret them for continuous improvement.
* Knowledge of Scrum artifacts (Product Backlog, Sprint Backlog, Increment) and how they relate to technical execution.
* Awareness of technical craftsmanship principles?clean code, maintainability, testing approach, and system stability.
* Ability to collaborate with architects, full-stack engineers, QA, UX, and DevOps to ensure delivery alignment.
