Role & Responsibilities -
Understanding of software development lifecycle (SDLC) and common engineering workflows. Familiarity with web, mobile, and desktop application technologies (e.g., Angular, C#, .NET, WPF).
Ability to work with technical leads to plan sprints and align timelines.
Practical knowledge of Agile engineering practices
Understanding of DevOps tools & workflows (e.g., CI/CD, backlog tools like Jira/Azure Boards).Good communication skills in English (verbal and written) to communicate information effectively to customers, and technical staff.
Ability to read and interpret technical task breakdowns, estimations, dependencies, and risks.
Understanding of metrics (velocity, burndown, flow efficiency) and how to interpret them for continuous improvement.
Knowledge of Scrum artifacts (Product Backlog, Sprint Backlog, Increment) and how they relate to technical execution.
Awareness of technical craftsmanship principles? Clean code, maintainability, testing approach, and system stability.
Ability to collaborate with architects, full-stack engineers, QA, UX, and DevOps to ensure delivery alignment.
