- Gather and analyze business requirements for Configure, Price, Quote processes, collaborating with stakeholders to understand sales, pricing, and product configuration needs
- Configure, customize, and implement SAP CPQ solutions to meet business requirements and streamline sales processes
- Design and develop CPQ models, rules, workflows, and templates to support sales configuration and pricing strategies
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless integration between SAP CPQ and other systems such as CRM and ERP
- Provide technical expertise, guidance, and support to project teams and end-users on SAP CPQ functionalities
- Conduct system enhancements, upgrades, and support activities for SAP CPQ landscapes
- Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to SAP CPQ configuration and functionalities
