Experience with Network Management OSS products platforms solutionspreferably Nokia NetAct
- Minimum 3 years of experience in Telecom domain
- Experience with Linux Unix Administration Oracle DB SQL
- Experience performing system backup and restoration
- Knowledge in VMWare product
- Strong understanding of TCP IP UDP SNMPprotocols and networking Knowledge
- Experience in Oracle databases Linux and Windows platforms
- Excellent communication skills written verbal and the ability to workwell in a global team
- Strong troubleshooting skills and an aptitude to learn new things.
- Ability to troubleshoot and solve issues problems on large complexdeployments.
- Experience with analysis troubleshooting and resolution ofsystem hardware software and networking issues.
- Able to work independently with minimal supervision
- Experience with Customer Support including working in a customer facingrole
- Experience with Software upgrades
- Experience with System integration
- Operational knowledge of network hardware and software
- Experience with MOPDevelopment and testing of MOPs.
