Responsibilities
- Conduct discovery workshops with enterprise prospects to formulate and document business requirements, HR processes, procedures, and work practices.
- Design value-based HCM solutions to client problems and communicate them to customers, implementation partners, and internal stakeholders through process flows, context diagrams, and functional/technical descriptions.
- Lead RFP (Request for Proposal) responses and produce solution overviews that map customer business initiatives to the HCM solution.
- Prepare and deliver functional product demonstrations of the HCM solution tailored to customer evaluation criteria.
- Develop solution expertise across multiple industries and present the HCM value proposition to enterprise customers in each vertical.
- Build trusted-advisor relationships with key customer stakeholders, influencers, and decision-makers across the evaluation cycle.
- Produce competitive positioning content comparing the HCM platform against legacy ERP and competing SaaS HCM systems.
- Collaborate with the sales team to develop differentiated value propositions, themes, and customer messaging.
Qualifications
- Minimum: MBA / PGDM in Human Resources, or equivalent relevant work experience in HCM consulting.
- 612 years of experience in HCM consulting or HRBP roles.
- Demonstrated experience in value-based selling within an HCM consulting environment.
- No HCM/HR certification required.
