This role sits at the intersection of: Enterprise consulting Product thinking Customer transformation Large-scale SaaS delivery You will act as: A trusted advisor to enterprise customers A strategic partner to CHROs and business leaders The Voice of Customer internally across Product and Engineering An owner responsible for customer outcomes not just go-live milestones What the work looks like You wont just inherit a project plan. Youll inherit ambiguity. A customer struggling to standardize processes globally. An implementation that technically works, but operationally doesnt. A workflow designed for manual operations that now needs to scale intelligently. Your role is to understand the business problem behind the requirementand drive the transformation end-to-end. That means: Leading enterprise HCM transformation programs from discovery through adoption Challenging legacy processes and driving transformation conversations Influencing senior stakeholders with clarity and credibility Working closely with internal teams to shape customer outcomes Balancing customer expectations, scalability, product capabilities, and operational realities Because enterprise transformation breaks when those worlds operateseparately.
