Job Description:
The Sr. Recruiter is responsible for managing the end-to-end recruitment process for various positions within the organization. This role will involve partnering with hiring managers to understand their staffing needs, developing and implementing effective sourcing strategies, conducting interviews, and guiding candidates through the recruitment process. The Sr. Recruiter will also play a key role in building and maintaining relationships with candidates and ensuring a positive candidate experience.
Key Responsibilities:
- Collaborate with hiring managers to define job requirements and develop comprehensive job descriptions.
- Create and execute sourcing strategies using various channels, including job boards, social media, and networking.
- Screen and evaluate candidates through phone interviews, in-person interviews, and assessments.
- Provide timely feedback to candidates and hiring managers throughout the recruitment process.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date records in the Applicant Tracking System (ATS).
- Participate in recruitment events and job fairs to promote the organization and attract top talent.
- Build and maintain relationships with candidates to create a talent pipeline for future openings.
- Stay updated on industry trends and best practices in recruitment.
Skills Required:
- Proven experience as a recruiter, preferably in a corporate or agency setting.
- Strong knowledge of sourcing techniques and candidate evaluation methods.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Ability to build and maintain relationships with candidates and hiring managers.
- Strong organizational and time management skills, with the ability to manage multiple priorities.
- Proficiency in using Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) and recruitment software.
- Ability to work independently as well as part of a team.
Tools Required:
- Applicant Tracking System (ATS) such as Greenhouse, Lever, or Jobvite.
- Sourcing tools like LinkedIn Recruiter, Indeed Resume, or Boolean search techniques.
- Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint) for reporting and documentation.
- Communication tools such as email and video conferencing platforms (e.g., Zoom, Microsoft Teams).
- Social media platforms for candidate sourcing and employer branding efforts.
