Job Overview
We are looking for a dynamic Design Associate to join our IDS team at our Noida Head Office. The role combines interior design expertise with business development and customer engagement. The candidate will be responsible for lead generation, client interactions, project coordination, order management, and supporting store teams to drive residential and commercial interior projects.
Key Responsibilities
Business Development & Client Management
- Generate and convert leads for residential and commercial projects.
- Build relationships with architects, interior designers, channel partners, and customers.
- Conduct customer meetings, understand requirements, and support project closures.
- Achieve assigned sales and order generation targets.
Design & Project Support
- Assist customers with design solutions and project requirements.
- Prepare presentations, proposals, order forms, and project documentation.
- Coordinate with customers, vendors, and internal teams for smooth project execution.
Store Coordination & Visual Merchandising
- Support regional stores with customer enquiries and project requirements.
- Provide design guidance and coordinate with store teams.
- Assist in maintaining visual merchandising standards and showroom aesthetics across stores.
Skills & Qualifications
Education
Bachelor's Degree or Diploma in Interior Design, Architecture, Design Management, Marketing, Business Development, or related fields.
Experience
1 to 6 years of experience in Interior Design, Project Sales, Business Development, Retail Interiors, or related roles.

Technical Skills

- Understanding of space planning, furniture layouts, and interior aesthetics
