- Operational Management: Oversee daily operations of multiple cafe locations to ensure smooth service and compliance with company Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs).
- Performance Monitoring: Analyze Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) like sales data, food cost percentage (COGS), wastage, and labor costs to improve profitability.
- Staff Leadership & Training: Recruit, train, and mentor outlet staff, ensuring high levels of customer service and professional development.
- Quality and Safety Compliance: Conduct regular audits to ensure compliance with health and safety regulations, food quality standards, and hygiene protocols.
- Inventory Control: Oversee inventory management, including ordering supplies, minimizing waste, and managing stock levels.
- Customer Satisfaction: Address customer complaints and feedback, implementing changes to improve the overall guest experience.
- Support & Deputize: Support the Area Manager with day-to-day tasks and assume full responsibility for regional operations in their absence.
- Marketing & Promotions: Coordinate with marketing teams for promotional activities and ensure in-store execution.
Key Requirements & Skills
- Experience: Previous experience as a Restaurant Manager, Cafe Manager, or Assistant Area Manager, ideally in a fast-paced cafe/QSR setting.
- Leadership: Strong leadership abilities with a focus on team development.
- Operational Excellence: Knowledge of food safety standards and operational management software.
- Analytical Skills: Ability to analyze financial reports to drive profitability.
- Communication: Excellent interpersonal skills for coordinating with staff and vendors.
- Flexibility: Ability to travel between multiple locations within a city, with flexible timings including weekends/holidays
