We are seeking a skilled NetSuite Developer with 68 years of experience to design, develop, and maintain scalable solutions within the NetSuite ERP ecosystem. The role requires strong technical expertise in SuiteScript and a solid understanding of business processes across finance, supply chain, and order management.
Key Responsibilities
Design, develop, and deploy customizations using SuiteScript (1.0/2.0/2.1), SuiteFlow, and SuiteBuilder Develop and maintain integrations between NetSuite and external systems using REST/SOAP APIs Customize NetSuite modules including Financials, CRM, and Supply Chain Build and optimize saved searches, reports, dashboards, and KPIs Collaborate with functional teams to translate business requirements into technical solutions Troubleshoot and resolve system issues, ensuring optimal performance and data integrity Support system upgrades, testing cycles, and release management Maintain documentation for customizations, workflows, and integrations Required Qualifications. 58 years of overall IT experience with at least 4+ years in NetSuite development. Strong hands-on experience in SuiteScript (2.x preferred). Experience with SuiteTalk, RESTlets, and third-party integrations. Solid understanding of NetSuite data model and record types. Familiarity with Agile/Scrum delivery models. Strong problem-solving and stakeholder communication skills Good to Have. NetSuite certifications (SuiteFoundation / Developer Certification). Experience in data migration and ETL tools. Exposure to SuiteAnalytics or advanced reporting tools. Prior experience in Finance or eCommerce domain implementations Must-Have Competencies for Shortlisting SuiteScript Proficiency (2.x Mandatory): Ability to develop complex scripts (User Events, Client Scripts, Scheduled, Map/Reduce) with strong debugging capability. NetSuite Customization Expertise: Hands-on experience with SuiteBuilder, SuiteFlow, custom records, forms, and workflows. Integration Capability: Proven experience in building and managing integrations using RESTlets, SuiteTalk, and external APIs. Functional Understanding of ERP Processes: Strong grasp of finance (GL, AP, AR), order management, and supply chain workflows. Data Handling & Reporting Skills: Expertise in saved searches, SuiteAnalytics, and performance optimization of large datasets. Problem Solving & Stakeholder Communication: Ability to independently troubleshoot issues and effectively interact with business stakeholders.
