- As a Talent Acquisition Intern, you will play a key role in building our high-performing teams.
- You'll support the hiring process end-to-end while learning the ropes of talent acquisition at scale.
- Assist in sourcing and screening candidates for various roles
- Coordinate interviews and maintain candidate communication
- Manage job postings on platforms like LinkedIn, Naukri, and others
- Work with recruiters and hiring managers to close positions effectively
- Update and manage recruitment trackers and reports
- Ensure a smooth and engaging candidate experience throughout the process
Who Are We Looking For?
- Availability: Internship duration of 3 months
- Fresh graduates or students in their final year of study (preferably HR, Management, or related fields)
- Strong communication and coordination skills
- Comfortable with fast-paced and dynamic environments
- Proficient in MS Excel, Google Sheets, and basic ATS tools is a plus
- Enthusiastic, detail-oriented, and eager to learn
