What will you drive
Own the end-to-end product growth charter across multiple business lines
Define product roadmaps aligned to revenue, conversion, retention, and engagement metrics
Deeply analyze funnels, cohorts, and user behavior to drive experimentation and optimization
Partner closely with design, engineering, growth, and business teams
Translate business goals into scalable, consumer-first product solutions
Track performance rigorously and deliver measurable outcomes
Who are we looking for
5+ years of experience in B2C consumer tech startups
Tech background with strong academic and professional pedigree
Excellent understanding of product management craft, analytics, UX, and growth frameworks
Proven experience owning metrics and delivering against performance targets
Strong communication and stakeholder management skills
Industry exposure to Auto-tech, Fintech, Insurance, or E-commerce preferred
