Job description
Roles and Responsibilities
- Achieve monthly and annual sales targets for Home Loan / LAP products
- Lead and manage a team of sales executives to drive performance
- Generate business through DSAs, connectors, and open market channels
- Conduct field work including market visits, builder meets, and connector visits for lead generation
- Handle end-to-end sales process from sourcing to disbursement
- Develop and implement sales strategies to expand business
- Build strong relationships with customers and channel partners
- Monitor team performance and ensure target achievement
Desired Candidate Profile
- 0-5 years of experience in sales management or similar role in the NBFC industry (housing finance preferred).
- Strong understanding of home loan/LAP/housing finance concepts and regulations.
- Proven track record of achieving business targets through effective leadership and strategy implementation.
- Excellent communication skills with ability to build strong relationships with customers, colleagues, and stakeholders.
