Job description

Roles and Responsibilities

  • Achieve monthly and annual sales targets for Home Loan / LAP products
  • Lead and manage a team of sales executives to drive performance
  • Generate business through DSAs, connectors, and open market channels
  • Conduct field work including market visits, builder meets, and connector visits for lead generation
  • Handle end-to-end sales process from sourcing to disbursement
  • Develop and implement sales strategies to expand business
  • Build strong relationships with customers and channel partners
  • Monitor team performance and ensure target achievement

Desired Candidate Profile

  • 0-5 years of experience in sales management or similar role in the NBFC industry (housing finance preferred).
  • Strong understanding of home loan/LAP/housing finance concepts and regulations.
  • Proven track record of achieving business targets through effective leadership and strategy implementation.
  • Excellent communication skills with ability to build strong relationships with customers, colleagues, and stakeholders.
