Job SummaryWe are looking for a dynamic Business Development & Partnership Development Manager with experience in the NBFC / lending ecosystem to drive strategic partnerships, expand distribution channels, and accelerate business growth. The ideal candidate will be responsible for identifying new partnership opportunities, onboarding channel partners, and building strong relationships with fintech platforms, DSAs, aggregators, and other financial institutions.Key ResponsibilitiesBusiness Development
- Identify and develop new business opportunities to expand loan sourcing channels.
- Build and manage relationships with DSAs, fintech platforms, aggregators, and corporate partners.
- Drive loan origination through strategic partnerships and channel networks.
- Develop and execute business growth strategies aligned with company objectives.
- Achieve monthly and quarterly business targets.
Partnership Development
- Identify potential strategic alliances with fintech companies, marketplaces, banks, and NBFCs.
- Negotiate and finalize partnership agreements.
- Manage onboarding and integration of new partners.
- Ensure smooth coordination between internal teams and external partners.
- Monitor partner performance and optimize business outcomes.
Market & Strategy
- Analyze market trends, competitor offerings, and customer needs in the lending ecosystem.
- Identify new distribution models and partnerships to increase loan disbursement volumes.
- Recommend product or partnership enhancements to improve market penetration.
Stakeholder Management
- Work closely with credit, risk, operations, and product teams to ensure smooth loan processing.
- Maintain strong long-term relationships with key partners and stakeholders.
- Represent the company in industry networking events and meetings.
Key Requirements
- Experience: 510 years in Business Development / Partnerships in NBFC, fintech, lending, or banking.
- Strong network with DSAs, fintech lenders, aggregators, and channel partners.
- Proven track record of achieving business growth targets.
- Excellent negotiation, relationship management, and communication skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced fintech / NBFC environment.
