Role Objective
To drive enterprise-level revenue growth by acquiring and managing large corporate clients across multimodal logistics (road,
rail, air, warehousing & 3PL), ensuring long-term contracts and high-value business relationships.

Job Description (Responsibilities)
1. Enterprise Client Acquisition
Identify and onboard large corporate clients across industries (FMCG, Auto, Pharma, Retail, Manufacturing, E-commerce &
Others.
Target clients with high-volume, multi-location logistics requirements.
Build and maintain a strong pipeline of enterprise opportunities.
2. Solution Selling & Business Development
Design and propose end-to-end logistics solutions (FTL, PTL, Rail, Air, Warehousing, 3PL).
Lead RFQ/RFP processes and commercial discussions.
Customize solutions based on client supply chain structure.
Drive long-term contracts and annual rate agreements.
3. Revenue & Account Management
Achieve monthly, quarterly, and annual revenue targets.
Manage key accounts and ensure account growth and retention.
Identify cross-selling and upselling opportunities.
Develop multi-location business with existing clients.
4. Commercial & Contract Management
Negotiate pricing ensuring profitability and competitiveness.
Structure commercial models aligned with market benchmarks.
Finalize agreements, SLAs, and service terms.
5. Client Relationship & Service Alignment
Act as single point of contact for key clients.
Ensure service delivery alignment with operations team.
Handle escalations and ensure high service satisfaction.
6. Market Intelligence & Strategy
Track industry trends, competitor strategies, and pricing movements.
Identify new sectors and emerging logistics opportunities.
Contribute to business expansion strategy.
Experience Requirements
5+ years in logistics/supply chain sales
Proven experience in handling large corporate accounts
Exposure to multimodal logistics & 3PL solutions preferred
