Role & responsibilities
As a Sales & Client Relations Executive, you will be the bridge between a rider's dream and our fabrication floor, handling both in-person interactions and our digital storefront. You will engage with high-net-worth individuals, enthusiasts, and brand representatives to understand their design aspirations, pitch custom build concepts, sell specialized parts/merchandise, and manage relationships throughout the extensive custom engineering process. Additionally, you will play a key role in capturing and nurturing digital leads through active social media engagement and online community building.
1. Consultative Sales & Online Lead Management
- Actively manage, filter, and respond to incoming inquiries across all digital channels (Instagram, Facebook, website forms, WhatsApp, and email).
- Convert casual online inquiries, DMs, and comments into qualified leads for custom build projects or premium kit sales.
- Engage walk-ins, caf community members, and digital leads, collaborating closely with our design team to present tailored build proposals.
- Present cost estimates, material choices, and design mockups convincingly, managing budget negotiations smoothly.
2. Social Media Engagement & Content Collaboration
- Act as a digital ambassador for TNT, engaging authentically with the online motorcycling community, responding to comments, and building hype around our projects.
- Collaborate with the content/media team to capture "behind-the-scenes" sales moments, client delivery reactions, and real-time build updates for social media stories and reels.
- Leverage social media platforms to showcase completed builds, promote TNT merchandise, and announce upcoming community events or garage days.
3. Client Relationship & Project Milestones
- Act as the primary point of contact for clients over the course of builds that can span hundreds of hours.
- Provide regular, exciting digital updates (high-quality photos/videos via WhatsApp or email) to clients on their bikes fabrication, paint, and assembly phases.
- Ensure absolute clarity regarding timelines, expectations, and delivery schedules to maintain high customer satisfaction.
4. Community Engagement & Retail Management
- Drive sales for TNT merchandise, custom parts, bolt-on kits, and apparel (both in-store and through the online shop).
- Promote the combined culture of the garage and the caf by helping organize garage days, group rides, and community pop-ups.
Maintain accurate client data in our lead tracking system and follow up with past clients to nurture long-term loyalty and referrals.
Preferred candidate profile
Requirements & Qualifications
- The Moto-Passion: Deep, genuine knowledge of motorcycle culture, custom bike styles (Choppers, Bobbers, Caf Racers, Scramblers), and standard mechanical/structural terms. If you don't love bikes, this isn't the role for you.
- Experience: 24 years of experience in high-end automotive sales, custom garage operations, premium lifestyle retail, or consultative client-facing roles.
- Digital Savviness: Strong understanding of social media platforms (primarily Instagram and Facebook) and experience managing digital leads, CRM tools, or online customer interactions.
- Communication: Exceptional verbal and written communication skills in English and Hindi. You must be able to write engaging, professional messages to online leads, corporate executives, die-hard bikers, and international enthusiasts alike.
- Project Management Skills: Highly organized, with the ability to track multiple custom builds and digital inquiries simultaneously without letting client communication slip.
- Personality: Approachable, confident, digitally active, and deeply empathetic to the emotional investment clients place into building their dream machines.
