Job Responsibilities:
- Drive sales and business development in the OTR/off-highway segment.
- Manage OEMs, dealers, fleet owners, contractors, mining, construction, and infrastructure customers.
- Develop new business, strengthen customer relationships, and achieve sales targets.
- Coordinate with internal teams for order execution and customer support.
- Monitor market trends and competitor activities.
Desired Candidate:
- 7+ years of B2B sales experience in construction equipment, mining equipment, heavy machinery, industrial products, or related industries.
- Strong experience in channel sales, dealer management, key account management, and business development.
- Willing to travel extensively.
