Role & responsibilities
- 05-10 years to experience in Sales, Business Development, New Client acquisition and Marketing in Contract Logistic/ 3PL Logistic Industries
- Develop plans and strategies for developing business and achieving the companys sales goals
- Assessment/development of potential customers and liaison with them during various stages of Contract Review,
- Create a culture of success and ongoing business and goal achievement
- Contract approval and Contract development till final Contract acceptance by customer
- Key Account MGMT: Develop & manage strong, long-term client relationships.
- Conduct regular client meetings & business reviews to ensure satisfaction & identify
- upselling opportunities.
- Ensure prompt servicing and handling of customer complaints to ensure growth in their confidence of the service support
- Resolve service issues in collaboration with operations & customer service teams.
- Manage customer expectations and contribute to a high level of customer satisfaction.
Preferred candidate profile
- Post Graduate in Business, Logistics, Supply Chain Management, or a related field
- Proven experience in sales and business development within the logistics industry/wrehousing
- Strong network of contacts and relationships in the logistics sector
