Role & responsibilities
- Responsible for handling OEM/Tier 2 customers' accounts including all commercials
- Expertise in making Quotations for new business & ongoing Qtrly movements.
- Maintaining existing customer accounts by providing excellent services.
- Closing customer queries on time
- Working towards Customer satisfaction with timely closure of customer queries.
- Assisting in IATF & ISO documentation
- Supporting in dispatch control activities & payments follow ups for customers.
- Ensure all event controls related to product handling
