What youll do
You will be a core member of our Sales Operations team. Your mission:
1 Customer Focus:
Provide proactive communication and support to our valued customers and suppliers, ensuring high service levels at every step.
2 Supply Chain Optimization:
Plan and track monthly shipments, monitor inventory, and contribute to continuous process improvements.
3 Order Management:
Accurately process sales orders, coordinate with customers and suppliers, and ensure timely, error-free shipments.
4 Cross-Functional Coordination:
Work closely with internal teams and global partners to manage dispatches, resolve discrepancies, and maintain smooth operations.
5 Digital Excellence:
Utilize ERP systems and advanced Excel skills to manage data, analyze trends, and support decision-making
Who you are
Strong technical foundation
Candidates should have BTech / BE degree. Fluent in ERP systems and Excel (you love data and digital tools)
Relevant experience
You should have 6-12 years of experience in SCM, Order Processing, or Sales Coordination (bonus points for automotive or manufacturing exposure. Pro at customer/supplier communicationùclear, proactive, and solutions-focused.
