Roles and Responsibilities
- Lead and manage a team of sales professionals to consistently achieve monthly Home Loan sales targets.
- Develop and implement sales strategies to drive business growth, increase market share, and maximize revenue within the assigned territory.
- Monitor team performance through regular reviews, provide constructive feedback, and conduct coaching and training to enhance productivity.
- Establish and maintain strong relationships with channel partners, builders, and key stakeholders to generate and expand business opportunities.
- Ensure compliance with company policies, procedures, and regulatory requirements
Desired Candidate Profile
- 3-8 years of experience in area sales management or similar role in banking or financial services industry.
- Strong understanding of housing finance products including home loans, LAPs (Loan Against Property), HLs (Housing Loans), etc..
- Excellent communication skills with ability to build strong relationships with customers and internal stakeholders alike.
