Job Description
Position: Sales Manager Cable Transit Systems (Data Centers) Location: [seating location India faridabad and as per requirement visit to states in India and Asian Country.
Reports To: Managing Director
Role Summary
The Sales Manager will lead sales and business development for cable transit systems in the data center industry, driving revenue growth and positioning our solutions as the preferred choice for secure and compliant cable management.
Key Responsibilities
- Sales Planning: Develop and execute strategies to achieve sales targets.
- Business Development: Identify opportunities with hyperscale, colocation, and enterprise data centers.
- Client Relationships: Build strong connections with consultants, EPC contractors, and procurement teams.
- Technical Support: Provide consultative guidance on fire safety, sealing efficiency, and compliance.
- Market Insights: Monitor competitor activity and industry trends.
- Collaboration: Work with engineering and product teams to deliver tailored solutions.
- Reporting: Maintain accurate forecasts and pipeline visibility.
Qualifications
- BachelorÆs degree in Engineering, MBA Sales & Marketing, or related field.
- 10û12 years of B2B sales experience in data center infrastructure or cable management systems.
- Strong knowledge of data center design and compliance standards.
- Proven track record of meeting sales targets.
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
- Willingness to travel for client meetings and industry events In India and Asian countries.
Preferred Skills
- Experience with fire-rated cable transit systems.
- Familiarity with data center certifications (Uptime Institute, TIA-942).
- Network with OEMs, EPC contractors, and system integrators.
