Role & responsibilities
- Responsible for warranty claims inspections and technical complaints resolutions.
- Responsible for after sales service in assigned territory/ branches.
- Ensure flushing of return tyres from dealers to branch office.
- Responsible for field evaluation & bench marking with competition.
- Dealer Management and fleet management.
- Provide Technical training to OEMs, Dealers, fitters about tyre defects and tyre care maintenance.
- Conducting customer awareness activities, acts as a support to sales team to enhance revenue.
- Scrap tyre analysis and service checkup camps.
- Providing various feedbacks to product teams, early failures and key concerns about products.
- Inspection of tyres. Root cause analysis of wear tear defect
