Roles and Responsibilities :
- Oversee the financial planning, budgeting, and forecasting for the fertilizer plant to ensure effective allocation of resources.
- Develop and maintain relationships with investors, lenders, and other stakeholders through regular communication and reporting.
- Manage cash flow projections, fundraising strategies, and investment opportunities to optimize returns on investments.
- Ensure compliance with direct and indirect tax laws while minimizing liabilities.
Job Requirements :
- 15-30 years of experience in finance leadership roles within the chemicals industry.
- Strong expertise in budgeting, financial planning & analysis (FP&A), forecasting, investor relations, fund raising, direct & indirect taxation.
