Roles and Responsibilities :
- Develop and implement effective EHS policies, procedures, and programs to ensure compliance with regulatory requirements.
- Conduct regular audits and inspections to identify areas for improvement in environmental, health, and safety practices.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to design and implement process improvements that minimize risks and optimize efficiency.
- Provide training on EHS best practices to employees at all levels within the organization.
Job Requirements :
- 13-21 years of experience in Head Environment Health & Safety role or related field.
- Strong understanding of Environmental Compliance (EIA), Occupational Health (OHSAS), Process Safety Management (PSM) principles.
- Proven track record of developing and implementing successful EHS strategies that drive business results.
