Key Skills Responsibilities

Handle Transfer Pricing compliances, advisory assignments, Form 3CEB filings, TP documentation, BEPS Master File and CbCR filings, DEMPE advisory, Functional Asset Risk (FAR) analysis, Transfer Pricing assessments, and appeals.
Demonstrate proficiency in Transfer Pricing regulations, including OECD Guidelines, documentation requirements, benchmarking studies, Transfer Pricing reports, and TP-related litigation matters.
Manage and support tax assessments, litigation proceedings, appeals, and advisory engagements.
Supervise multiple concurrent engagements, review team deliverables, and ensure timely execution and quality of work.
