About the Role
We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Internal Auditor to strengthen our internal controls, ensure process compliance, and drive operational efficiency across functions. The role involves executing internal audit programs, drafting IFC documentation, and partnering with business stakeholders to close findings with practical, time-bound action plans.
Key Responsibilities
- Audit Execution & Program Management: Execute detailed audit programs, including risk-based planning, walkthroughs, and testing across financial, operational, compliance, and risk systems (including the risk control matrix).
- Timely Audit Delivery: Ensure timely conduct of internal audits and submission of audit findings with clear, actionable recommendations.
- 2 10 years of relevant experience in Internal Audit, SOP drafting, and Internal Financial Controls
- Functional Audits: Perform audits across Sales, Marketing, Purchases, Finance, HR, Inventory, Production, Statutory & Labour Compliances, etc.
- Internal Financial Controls (IFC): Draft, test, and update IFC documentation; recommend measures to strengthen internal controls and reduce risk.
Qualifications & Experience
- Semi-Qualified CA: 2 10 years of experience in Internal Audit (Post Article Ship)
- Prior experience in Internal Audit across diverse sectors such as Manufacturing, Real Estate, FMCG, Pharma, etc.
- Mandatory: Background with a CA firm or Consulting organization.
