1Roles & Responsibilities:
- Responsible for corporate tax compliance, including preparation and filing of tax returns, regulatory filings, and related documentation
- Managed withholding tax matters, including Lower/NIL deduction applications, Form 15CA CB compliance, Form 10F, and treaty-related filings
- Provided support for individual and expatriate tax returns, ensuring compliance with applicable domestic tax laws and DTAA provisions
- Delivered tax provisioning and assisted with DTAA and MLI interpretation, advisory, and corporate/international tax structuring (including slump sales, share transfers, and business transfers)
- Supported tax due diligence for M&A and other transactions and delivered Family Office services covering compliance, structuring, reporting, and coordination
- Coordinated with internal teams, advisors, and stakeholders to ensure seamless cross-functional tax execution and compliance
Skills Required:
- b knowledge of DTAAs, MLI, withholding tax & restructuring.
- Qualified CA with 1-2 years of post-qualification experience.
- Exposure to expatriate taxation, Form 15CA CB & family office services preferred.
- Good research, drafting & analytical skills.
- Ability to manage deadlines and work independently.
- Candidate should have completed article ship training in Corporate and International Tax.
