Job Title : Executive - Technology (Mould shop)
Location : Chennai Office
Reports to (Position) : Associate Manager
DepartmentFunction : TBR Technology

Purpose of the Job : Responsible for Ensuring that all moulds and related tooling are in good condition to meet the production plan.Ensure all necessary quality checks before delivering the moulds to production.
Maintain a safe working environment and uphold 5S standards in the mould assembly area.

Major Responsibilities :

1. Prepare the mould as per the PPC schedule
2. Inspection of new moulds with Drawing
3. Check the mould related defects in curing press
4. Ensure and maintain 5s in shop floor
5. Participate in incident reporting.

Knowledge (Technical Functional):
Basic knowledge in mould manufacturing,
Auto CAD
Safety Interaction Training

Relevant Experience : 2 - 4 Years

Education Qualification(s) : BE Diploma in Mechanical Tool & Die
