We are looking for a skilled Guidewire L2 Support Analyst with 5-10 years of experience in Insurance and Guidewire PolicyCenter. The ideal candidate should have experience in BAU, Guidewire Cloud, and Integration Web Services. Roles and Responsibility Provide defect triage and management support, including backlog management. Implement minor enhancements to Guidewire PolicyCenter and SmartComm document templates. Conduct code fixes for issues related to Guidewire PolicyCenter and SmartComm document templates. Coordinate fixes with GW and SC vendors, including initial investigation and analysis of defects/issues. Offer product/actuarial support, including proprietary/bureau and SBT/non-SBT updates. Maintain historical inference documentation and release planning/release management for new or updated enhancements for GW and SMARTCOMM.
Job Requirements
Experience in Guidewire ACE Certification, Data Dog, AWS S3 Bucket, Jenkins, BAMBOO, or TeamCity is desirable. Knowledge of BillingCenter Experience, App Event, and Rating Experience (ISO and Compliance) is an added advantage. Strong understanding of insurance industry operations and processes is required. Ability to work in a 24X5 environment with weekend shifts. Excellent communication and problem-solving skills are essential. A B Tech degree is preferred.
