- Content Development : Generate fresh, original ideas and concepts for scripted and unscripted shows, series, and digital content tailored for Broadcast and OTT platforms.
- Script Writing & Review : Collaborate with writers to develop engaging and compelling scripts for original programming. Provide feedback and revisions to ensure content aligns with the platform s brand and audience.
- Creative Collaboration : Work closely with directors, producers, and other content creators to shape the creative vision, tone, and style of programming.
- Market Research : Conduct thorough research on current trends, audience preferences, and competitors offerings to inform the development of innovative content.
- Pitch & Presentation : Prepare and present creative pitches for new shows and projects to internal stakeholders and external partners.
- Project Management : Oversee multiple projects from concept to final delivery, ensuring they meet deadlines, budget requirements, and creative standards.
- Cross-platform Content : Collaborate on content that can be adapted and optimized for multiple platforms including social media, web, and mobile apps.
- Audience Engagement : Understand viewer data and analytics to guide content decisions that drive engagement and growth on Broadcast/OTT platforms.
- Quality Control : Ensure that all content aligns with platform guidelines, broadcasting standards, and legal regulations, maintaining a high level of production quality.
- Prior work experience as a brand manager, or experience in assistant brand manager roles
- Up-to-date with new marketing trends and basic brand manager tasks
- Bachelor s degree in business, marketing, or related fields
- Perspective to see marketing from a global brand specialist s point of view that aids expansion and growth
