Hiring for Freshers with Excellent Communication Skills and Basic Programming language like C, C++, JAVA, Python, SQL.

Skillset Required:

Computer Science Graduation is Preferred.(without Backlogs )
Shift time - US shift (Complete Night shift -Rotational)
Cab facility - 2 Ways will be provided within 30km radius from Ambattur -Ambit IT park
Work Location Work from Office -Ground Floor Ambit IT Park No 32A & 32B, Ambit Park Rd, Ambattur Industrial Estate, Chennai, Tamil Nadu 600058
Communication: Excellent communication in English is mandatory.
Salary CTC- 2,50,000 LPA 3,00,000 LPA.
Knowledge in C, C++, JAVA, Python, SQL.

Roles and Responsibilities:

Manage inbound and outbound contacts in a timely manner.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills in languages in-scope
Well versed with customer handling skills.
Follow communication scripts when handling different topics.
Basic understanding of tools/platform used for Robotics process automation and workflow automation.
Identify customers needs, clarify information, research every issue, and provide solutions and/or alternatives.
Build sustainable relationships and engage customers by taking the extra mile.
Familiarity with CRM systems (Salesforce) and practices
Minimal bachelors degree of education with background of engineering, Technology, and computer science
Basic programming knowledge of Dot Net / C/C++, Java, OOPS concepts and SQL.
