Role & responsibilities
- Install, commission, and maintain telecom equipment at customer and telecom sites.
- Perform preventive and corrective maintenance of BTS, Microwave, OFC, and telecom infrastructure.
- Maintain electrical systems including DG, UPS, Battery Bank, Rectifier, ACDB, and DCDB.
- Carry out cable laying, termination, and troubleshooting activities.
- Attend site breakdowns and ensure timely resolution.
- Prepare daily work reports and update maintenance records.
- Ensure compliance with safety standards and company procedures.
- Coordinate with supervisors and engineers for site execution.
- Travel to assigned sites as per project requirements.
Preferred candidate profile
- ITI Electrician/Electrical, Diploma, or B.E./B.Tech (Electrical/Electronics/Telecom).
- Experience in Telecom Infrastructure, BTS, OFC, FTTH, Microwave, RF, or Tower Maintenance.
- Knowledge of DG, UPS, Battery Bank, Rectifier, ACDB/DCDB, and electrical maintenance.
- Willingness to travel to project sites.
- Immediate joiners preferred.
