Education: B.E. / B.Tech in Mechanical, Automobile, or Production Engineering.

We are looking for an entrepreneurial and technically sound Product Head to lead our Mobile Diesel Compressor portfolio from concept to commercial launch. You will own the entire product lifecycle (NPI). You will sit at the intersection of engineering, sourcing, and salesacting as the bridge between our external design consultants, core component suppliers, and the end market.
- Define the product requirements document (PRD) and technical specifications for our mobile compressor line-up based on voice-of-customer (VoC) and market gaps.
- Conduct continuous competitor benchmarking (pricing, fuel efficiency, air delivery, and footprint) against global and domestic players.
- Formulate pricing strategies and Total Cost of Ownership (TCO) models to ensure a competitive edge in the Indian market.

Qualifications & Skills
- Education: B.E. / B.Tech in Mechanical, Automobile, or Production Engineering.
- Experience: 6+ years of product management or application engineering experience in the Portable Dielsel Air Compressor, Technical Knowledge:
- Deep understanding of diesel powertrain integration, pneumatics, fluid dynamics, and sheet metal fabrication.
- Familiarity with compressor operations (flow, pressure, oil separation cycles) is a massive advantage.
