Role & responsibilities
? Support and help in development and peer to peer reviews in-store retail systems
- Design and implement microservices-based architectures
- Build full-stack applications using React, Node.js, Express, MongoDB ? Hands-On Development and deploy solutions on AWS
- Apply design thinking to enhance store associate and customer experiences
- Collaborate with product, UX, cross-account teams and retail business teams.
- Provide technical leadership, code reviews, and mentoring
- Ensure system reliability, performance, security, and scalability
- Drive CI/CD adoption and engineering best practices
- E2E Accountability on respective project deliverables.
Preferred candidate profile
? Retail domain experience, specifically Store Technology
? Microservices architecture
? Strong knowledge on creating common node or UI components.
? Strong knowledge on using AI tools like Windsurf in Development.
? Design Thinking approach to solution development
? Full Stack Development MERN stack preferred
? Mentor developers and write clean, well-documented, and testable code.
? Advanced AWS cloud experience
? MongoDB / SQL / NoSQL databases
? Mandatory Strong system design and distributed systems knowledge ? Excellent communication and stakeholder collaboration skills
? Strong analytical and critical thinking abilities.
