Responsibilities
for KYC Analyst Conducting Due Diligence and Know Your Customer (KYC) research for institutional & corporate clients as part of the business-wide Anti-Money Laundering (AML) Compliance remediation & refresh processes Perform hands on task related to KYC and account opening (Including working with front office on information and documents, update system with relevant details, perform checks, validate & upload documents, manage pipeline for new accounts and KYC rolling review- KYC refresh) Meeting production target volumes and dates as advised and produce accurate quality work (90-95%) under tight deadlines and minimal supervision Executing and reviewing negative media alerts from client screening and escalate where necessary Conduct Office of Foreign Assets Control (OFAC) screenings through World-Check and other similar tools to identify Politically Exposed Persons (PEPs) and heightened risk individuals and organizations
Qualifications
for KYC Analyst Fluent in English (spoken and written) University graduate -- B.COM & BBA 2025 & 2026 Strong analytical and problem-solving skills would be a significant plus Good understanding of Due Diligence and local Anti-Money Laundering requirement Technical & Behavioral Competencies Proficient in Microsoft Word, Excel, Outlook and PowerPoint Well-developed interpersonal, problem-solving and influencing skills Exhibit high willingness to collaborate with all levels of the organization
